The electrical and radio standards

CE covers the EU and signals conformity with electromagnetic compatibility, safety and — for WiFi or Bluetooth products — radio requirements. UKCA is the UK's equivalent. FCC is mandatory for the United States and governs electromagnetic interference for any device with electronics or a radio module. RoHS restricts hazardous substances and is widely expected across the EU and beyond. The food-contact side of a fountain

A fountain adds a duty most buyers underestimate: the parts that touch drinking water should be made from food-contact-grade materials. We specify food-contact-grade materials for the water-path parts and offer 304 stainless steel options, and we can provide the relevant material documentation for the model you select. This is exactly where a vague supplier creates risk — a feeder that clears FCC can still fail a buyer's expectations if the fountain's wetted plastic is not properly specified.

What to actually request — and how we phrase it

A logo on a webpage is not evidence. Ask for the test report tied to the exact model and its radio module, the bill of materials for RoHS, the food-contact material documentation for fountains, and the in-box manual. We deliberately do not claim products are "certified" before certificates are seen first-hand, because compliance is model-specific; we would rather hand you the document than a marketing claim.
